This red motile phytoplankton boasts a cell size of 8-16 microns and concentrates high levels of protein and essential fatty acids to boost the health of your corals, clams, and microfauna. R. salina produces an array of pigments such as alloxanthin, crocoxanthin, and phycoerythrin enhancing the colouration of your coral. Store in the fridge for 7-14 days from purchase date. Live R. salina inherently lowers excess nutrients and provides redundancies for your piece of mind! Prior to feeding, be sure to shake contents well to mix. Recommended feeding of 1 ml /1 gallon every other day.

This product can also be used to start a phytoplankton culture of your own.
